When Mom visits me in New York she hangs out with me and all my friends anyway. We go out to the gay bars together.
I graduated high school early, and I moved to New York before I even knew I was going to college or anything.
For so long, for my whole life I didn't have to but I lived in the closet.

Entrepreneurship is seen as if you're in Silicon Valley or New York City and starting an app business or a social-media business, which is cool. But what we really have to focus on is people who make things, and how can we fund them, and how can we encourage people to stay in their community and make a difference in their community.
My favorite app is, without a doubt, Instagram. It's such a fun way to share photos and life's captured moments with friends, family and fans.
I cling on to making connections with people I can physically meet. And the disposability of faces on an app which urges you to swipe left or right in a split second creates its own issues with our ability to see past purely the visual.
