My father is a very skilled carpenter. He can do just about anything with his hands. He is very artistic with his carpentry.

Sometimes I have a little social anxiety, and meeting people can be a challenge for me.

Just to be part of the history of the Hollywood Bowl - so many people have played there; at least, all of my heroes have.

It's always hard for me to put the pieces together when listening to a finished album that I was a part of writing and playing. There are so many memories wrapped up in each note and each song that it's hard not to constantly flash back to what made that musical event happen while listening.

Well, I definitely have an artistic side to me as well. I write, I act, I draw. With that artistic mind I have, a lot of doors have opened for me. I can try to pursue, like - if it's something using my writing skills, maybe a book. Or maybe if it's my drawing skills, some clothing designs.

With any kind of artistic thing, it's a muscle, like any athlete, and the moment you're not doing it, you lose all confidence. That's why I'm terrible with down time.

It's just someone has labelled us as having a different label to do what you do. I find that labels are the worst thing in the world for artistic expression.
