I'm extremely proud of myself and I'm thankful everyone who helped me, especially my family for always being there to support me throughout the good and the bad, because I had my bad times for sure.
Putting the ball in play is what I want to do, especially with runners on base.
Some guys have issues with people touching their gloves.
You have to be careful not to do too much before games and wear yourself out.
You have to have a catcher because if you don't you're likely to have a lot of passed balls.
When you've got so many guys that can score the ball, you really don't want to get down and defend. You really don't want to get down and dive for balls. You really don't want to fight through screens every play.
If it takes me 300 balls to get a 100, then it'll take me 300 balls. That'll also tire the bowlers quite a bit too, so it's a bit of a win-win if that's the case.
As a goalkeeper it's so important to be in the right position to come and clear those through balls, to make those right decisions.
The goals we get against are not really that people outplay us. I think it's the mistakes we make. It's when we have the ball at the back, we lose a few balls sometimes - that's also the risk with the way we play. It's not like they created the chance. We make two mistakes, and then we get the goals against.
