I didn't just wake up one day understanding how to take care of myself. I had to learn how to do so over time, and I continue to learn - each and every day. This is a process, and my body is constantly changing. So is yours. And when I learned how to accept that I will always be like this, I relaxed. Our bodies do not stand still for time.

I was a dancer, so for me, if I don't work out for a week or move my body in some sense, I feel weird.

I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great.

The truth of the matter is if we listened to our bodies and cleared our psychologies, we would inherently know what we need to do to stay healthy, and there wouldn't be a market for diet pills, extreme cleanses, or low-calorie, pre-packaged junk food.

The pros stretch their bodies to the limit.
