Being a part of SKECHERS is exciting. It is such a hip company with a great attitude and image.
Technically I have siblings, but they are quite a bit older than me - I was the accident - so I have the only-child syndrome going on. I'm a little more selfish, a little more independent, a little closed. I do wish I were softer. I wish I were able to form relationships better.
I don't want to listen to everybody's problems all the time. And I doubt anybody wants to listen to mine.
It was really hard explaining the Web before people just got used to it because they didn't even have words like click and jump and page.
In a photo, you just do a click, but in art you have to put in so much energy. This concentration of energy and attention says something that other media cannot say.
I was six years old and in a show-and-tell session at school. The teacher had brought coconut shells, and said if you click them together, they sound like a horse. When it was my turn, I ran around pretending to be a horse and everyone fell about laughing.
You can watch videos and hit off the tee, stuff like that, but at the same time, it's you against the pitcher. I just need one swing or one pitch to click, and you can find your swing.
When I was in seventh grade, I totally had a crush on a guy who was older than me, and he listened to alternative music. So he was into Days of the New and stuff like that, and more poppy stuff, too, like Matchbox Twenty.
The exciting new thing, call it Internet.2, would be where links were updated and moved depending on where people click. That would give you the kind of content screening that you don't get at the moment.
