I've done the visiting the school days. Most all the parents know what I do. With the sport gaining popularity, everybody thinks it's cool.

I do some weight lifting - mostly a lot of reps lower weight but about 100 reps per exercise when I do my circuit.

The early labels confused people - no-holds-barred, cage-fighting. But now the general public realizes what MMA is and that you just can't climb off a bar stool and get in there.

I wish they judged the fight based on how you look after the fight.

That was probably the biggest thing going in my favor when I got into fighting - my wrestling background.

But the thing is, I was never looking at a strategic way of gaining fame. That's not why I'm doing this.

It's not just about showing people what you can do on the ball in those wider positions, it's about gaining the full understanding of each position and what it takes to get that spot.

Don't look back, because someone might be gaining on you.

The runway isn't just about showing fashion, it's about gaining confidence. And I really believe that once you've got your confidence, you can wear anything, you can do anything.

America is moving forward and gaining strength. We have been tested, and we have proven ourselves to be a tough, resilient and resourceful nation.
