As soon as you are a woman with an opinion, and they don't like it, the haters will come out in full force.

'First Take' is known for the hot sport debate, which we'll continue to have. But also, I think another important aspect of the show is having the big-time interviews and the big-time guests, and being in New York gives it that feel.

As far as feeling like I need to prove myself or this or that, I don't feel that way anymore. I've been in this business for ten years, so I'm kind of past all that. I was there where, as a female, you always feel like you have to prove yourself; you have to outwork them. But all I worry about now is being prepared.

I'm half Italian, and on my mom's side, they've aged amazingly, and all they've put on their faces is olive oil.

I have an amazing fan base. I also have an amazing amount of haters: believe who don't believe, people who don't want me to succeed. I don't really mind having those people around. If anything it's actually a good thing for me because it keeps me in the gym, keeps me working hard - knowing there are people out there who don't want me to succeed.

I have to say I thank the haters that motivate me and push me to be my best.
