I might be an idiot.
Yeah, when a new person comes on the show for any job, it's interesting to watch the transition. There are very few barriers between us and the crew. There's no hierarchy. So everyone has this weird freedom that we're told by our very experienced crew isn't a thing on other shows as much.
The best comedy comes from a specific view point, and there is no doubt that the Indian culture has it is own take on the world.
What we'll do is at the beginning of every season we'll take stock of everything and decide we have enough stuff to keep going and whether we want to do it, and then we do it.
No man or woman is an island. To exist just for yourself is meaningless. You can achieve the most satisfaction when you feel related to some greater purpose in life, something greater than yourself.
I read 'Treasure Island' for the first time at university. And I started to notice then how unresolved some things were. Later, I realised that Stevenson was interested in sequels, and I wondered whether he would have gone back to it had he lived longer.
I'm proud representing not only all the Puerto Ricans that live on the island but Puerto Ricans all around the world.
Playing on the Clippers, that was the first time I really felt like I was like on an island by myself.
Joining the Islander family and living on the Island has been special.
