Being still may sound a little crazy to some, but I really encourage people to simply listen to your own breath and unclog all those thoughts running through your mind. It's important to take a step back.
I think the greatest thing about partnering with the Arthritis Foundation is the fact that we're raising awareness. I actually called my mom and said, 'I've heard the word 'arthritis' every once in a while come out of your mouth. Do you have arthritis?' And she said, 'Yes, I have knee pain, joint pain and in my hands... I have arthritis.'
I always seek the time to talk to people who are reaching out for help because sometimes you just need that one person to tell you everything is going to be OK.
I'm pretty sure my expectations are higher than the average person's. It just sets standards.
My standards are high.
I live my life by certain standards.
The standards are being lowered, not just on the Internet, but in all of news and media.
Different parents have different standards for their children.
